今回は、チョコレートケーキの作り方をご紹介します。炊飯器＆ホットケーキミックスで簡単！混ぜて炊飯するだけ！3時のおやつ・おうちカフェにピッタリ！しっとり濃厚チョコレートケーキレシピです。とても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてください。

This time, I’ll be showing you how to make a chocolate cake. It’s easy to make using a rice cooker and pancake mix! Just mix and cook! It’s perfect for a 3 o’clock snack or a home cafe! This is a moist and rich chocolate cake recipe. It’s so delicious, so please give it a try.

■材料（3合炊き1台分）
・チョコレート 100g
・牛乳 150ml
・無塩バター 15g
・ホットケーキミックス 100g
・ココアパウダー大さじ2
・卵 1個

■作り方
1.炊飯器の窯の内側に油（分量外）をぬる。
2.チョコレートを細かく砕き、牛乳を加えレンジ600wで1分加熱する。
3.取り出しよく混ぜ、再度レンジ600wで1分加熱する。
4.バターを加えて溶かし、卵、ホットケーキミックス、ココアパウダーを加えてよく混ぜる。
5.炊飯器の窯の中に入れ通常炊飯する。
6.炊飯後、竹串をさしてチェックし、生の生地がついてきたら再炊飯する。
7.もう一度チェックし、生地がついてこなければ完成。

■ingredients
・100g chocolate
・150ml milk
・15g unsalted butter
・100g pancake mix
・2 tablespoons cocoa powder
・1 egg

■Instructions
1. Coat the inside of the rice cooker shell with oil (not included in the recipe).
2. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add the milk and microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
3. Remove, mix well, and microwave again for 1 minute at 600W.
4. Add the butter and melt, then add the eggs, pancake mix, and cocoa powder and mix well.
5. Place the rice in the rice cooker shell and cook as usual.
6. After cooking, check the rice by inserting a toothpick. If any raw batter sticks to the rice, cook again.
7. Check again and if no batter sticks to the rice, it is done.
