今回は、焼いてから煮るだけで作れる「甘辛たまご巾着」の作り方をご紹介します。油揚げに卵を入れて焼き、甘辛だれで煮るだけの簡単レシピです。味がしっかりしみた巾着はご飯との相性も抜群。夕食のおかずはもちろん、お弁当にもおすすめの卵料理です。卵と油揚げで作れるので節約レシピとしても便利！忙しい日のごはんや作り置きにもぴったりです。

Today, I’ll be showing you how to make “Sweet and Savory Egg Pouches,” which can be made simply by frying and then simmering. It’s an easy recipe: just put eggs in fried tofu pouches, fry them, and then simmer them in a sweet and savory sauce. The pouches, which absorb the flavor well, go perfectly with rice. It’s a great egg dish for dinner, and also recommended for lunchboxes. Since it’s made with eggs and fried tofu, it’s also a convenient budget-friendly recipe! It’s perfect for busy days or for making ahead of time.

■材料（4個分）
・油揚げ 2枚
・卵 4個
・とろけるスライスチーズ 1枚
・醤油大さじ2
・砂糖大さじ2
・みりん大さじ1
・酒大さじ2

■作り方
1.油揚げを半分に切り口を広げ裏返す。
2.チーズを半分にし、二つ折りにして①に入れる。
3.卵を落とし入れ、口を爪楊枝で止める。
4.醤油・砂糖・酒・みりんを混ぜ合わせる。
5.フライパンに並べて弱火で焼く。
6.裏返して水大さじ1（分量外）を加え蓋をして弱火で蒸し焼きする。
7.タレをまわしかけ、煮絡めて完成。

■ingredients
・2 pieces Fried tofu
・4 Eggs
・1 slice Melted cheese
・2 tbsp Soy sauce
・2 tbsp Sugar
・1 tbsp Mirin
・2 tbsp Sake

■Instructions
1. Cut the fried tofu in half, spread the edges open, and turn it inside out.
2. Cut the cheese in half, fold it in half again, and place it inside the fried tofu.
3. Drop an egg into the tofu and secure the opening with a toothpick.
4. Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, sake, and mirin.
5. Arrange the tofu in a frying pan and cook over low heat.
6. Turn the tofu over, add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the ingredients list), cover, and steam-fry over low heat.
7. Pour the sauce over the tofu and simmer until the sauce thickens.
